Life challenges us all from time to time, affecting the way we think, feel and behave on a daily basis. I work as a private practitioner striving to help and support anyone who may be struggling with particular aspects of their life, such as; anxiety, depression, relationship problems, bereavement, domestic abuse, stress.

I offer a safe, non judgmental space to explore your difficulties and through the counselling process we can begin to recognise and name these problems whilst giving you the time and space to express your feelings.

I believe that everyone has the ability to change what is causing them distress. By having an integrative approach to counselling I am able to draw upon a number of approaches and techniques tailored to each individual needs.
