Sessions last 50 minutes and are held at the same time every week, offering time limited or long term work based on your needs.

- Talking about your mental health can be hard. I offer a safe, caring and confidential environment working one-on-one to explore your feelings, beliefs or behaviours, work through challenging memories or to better understand yourself and others.
- I offer a reduced rate for students.
- Having been a student myself I have a good understanding of the issues and stresses involved and the effects these difficulties had on my mental health.
- Making the choice to go to couples therapy can feel like a big step. It involves admitting that things are not perfect in your partnership, which is often tough to do and scary to admit. I offer a safe and supportive environment to help you both find a way through any difficulties you may be facing in your relationship.
